AutoGrill
For a variety of reasons we could tell when we crossed from France to Italy. Number one is the quality of the rest stops. Rest stops in Italy are the greatest in the world. This one had a Ferrari out front.
There was a grill, pizza area, pasta area, salad area, and sandwich area. The premade sandwiches are very good.
I had the Caprese: Mozzarella, Tomato, Oregano, and Basil
Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
The first thing we saw when we got to Milan was the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is Italy's oldest active shopping mall and a major landmark of Milan. Housed within a four-story double arcade in the center of town, the Galleria is named after Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of the Kingdom of Italy. It was designed in 1861 and built by architect Giuseppe Mengoni between 1865 and 1867.
The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is open air, in the shape of a cross. Here is a panoramic with Carol in the middle. You will notice that Prada is on 2 of the 4 corners

Here are just a few pictures we took when we arrived at the square

Fashion
Women were wearing boots with their sun dresses.
I love these shoes, a true work of art!
