Day 13 - The Rest of the Day

St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral

After visiting the Chagall Museum we walked back into Nice for a nice lunch of Gelato.  After that, we walked over to the St Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral, the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedral in Western Europe

Dinner

Nice is more Italian than French.  There were Italian restaurants all over France that I refused to eat in because I wanted French food, but in Nice the food was mostly Italian.  So....

Lasagne

Carbonara

Fashion

Cuffing your pants seems to have been more of an Italian thing than a French thing.  Red pants are also big in Europe.  Here our protagonist has cuffed his red pants and pushed down his black socks to show us his legs and brown shoes.  I think the he's gallantly carrying his wife's bag.

Like I said, Nice is more Italian than French.
